Paul Binsacca has coordinated an incredible Southern Monterey County style BBQ at a secluded residence in the lush hills above King City. Proceeds benefit the Salinas Valley Fair Heritage Fund.

About the Event
Our chef prepared BBQ will include New York & Tri Tip steaks, chicken, garlic bread, swiss sausage, sweetbreads, and beans accompanied by fresh green salad. Wine, beer, and bottled water also included to wet your whistle while enjoying the view in the shade on this springtime afternoon. Back roads drive departs Monterey.
